1. What is your refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. If your tour is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum number of passengers (4), you will be notified 48 hours prior and offered an alternative date or a full refund. For other cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

2. What should I wear for the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear, as some tours involve walking on uneven terrain. Bring a waterproof jacket in case of rain, and don’t forget sunscreen and a hat for sunny days!

3. What is your minimum number policy?
We require a minimum of 4 passengers to run a tour. If your tour does not meet this number, you will be notified 48 hours in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Can I bring children on the tour?
Our tours are designed for adults, but children aged 12 and above are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Please note that some activities, like fossil hunting, may not be suitable for younger children.

5. What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours run in most weather conditions, but if extreme weather (e.g., storms) makes it unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a full refund. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly.
